[ofiwg] Update OFIWG calendar through the end of the year

Jim - In accordance with the discussion at today's OFIWG meeting, please update the calendar on the OFA webpage (https://openfabrics.org/index.php/ofa-calendar.html) to make the OFIWG meetings a weekly occurrence until 1/3/2017.
We may end up cancelling a couple of them, particularly during Christmas week.
