[Ofmfwg] New github organization for the OFA

The github organization OpenFabrics has been secured thanks to the work of Ido Rosen several years back in reserving the name for the OFA's exclusive use.  I've already created a new fsdpwg team under the OpenFabrics org.  I would suggest we do one for the ofmfwg too.  If no one objects, I'll set that up later today.
