[Ofmfwg] SC21 post-mortem, next steps

I am hoping to do a post-mortem on SC21 with the goal of learning what we did well and where we need to go forward.  Also, I would like to determine what we need to do, if any, to complete the previous tasks.  Finally, I would like to discuss the next set of goals.
