[Ofmfwg] Cloud server initial prep done

Everyone

I prepped the OFMF Cloud servers.


  1.  Repositories are added and operational
  2.  Fail2Ban is operational for SSH, in place, and securing the servers
  3.  Intranode SSH is operational
  4.  PDSH, PDCP, and Genders are installed and operational between the servers
  5.  /etc/hosts is in place for the nodes
