[Ofmfwg] OFMF website updates

With Ken’s help to get started, I have made pending changes to the OFMF-WG website.  I have added 3 pages, with a installation guide, Use-Cases, and a ‘Why install page’.  I’ll get a quick demo look to the changes to the text, as well.  We’ve been ‘bouncing around the edges’ on composability for a couple of years.  So, the text description on the page reflects that.
