I’ll make the 1 hour meeting, for sure. I would like to spend some more time and I’ll be working on it, in the evenings, this week. I have to bring back a few HPC systems, so my attention span will be a little off, on Friday, I am afraid.

Hello Michael,
I gave my pass on your outline document. I guess we can start spending time on it during the coming Friday meeting so that we flesh out some of the details. There are a number of open points that need to be clarified, such as:
* Dealing with non-fabric resources (CPUs, memory, GPUs, etc). What we call resources configuration.
* How agents and clients login and "register" themselves with the OFM
* Security aspects: thinking at the comments on confidential computing raised during one of the last meetings.
* Composability: how to embed QoS/Fabric-specific metedata in the Fabric objects. To what extent do we want the OFMF to be aware of the composability part (i.e., ResourceBlocks, etc.)
* Which use cases do we want to include in the doc In addition to CXL(2.0 and 3.0), and perhaps GenZ even though it is now part of CXL?

Christian I am at a point where I think we can ‘fork off’ the work on the outline. I used incorrect terms in a few places, as I wanted to get my thoughts down and come up with better terms later on. Anyway, I will continue to work, in parallel,

Anyway, I will continue to work, in parallel, on the outline fixing the terms and coming up with Use-Cases to ‘flesh out’ the outline details.
Here is the document so that you can work on it, as well.
