[Ofmfwg] Dangling links after DELETE, will work on a clean-up

Guys

After cleaning up fabricmanager.py, I did verify that we have ‘dangling links’ that need cleanup after DELETEs.  I will look for the Use-Case descriptions, that we talked about, last year.  In parallel, I’ll try to come up with a clean-up solution.
