Everybody, happy new year!

Below the agenda for today’s meeting:


  1.  OFA Workshop goals---
     *   First Reference implementation of the OFMF.
     *   New name?
  2.  OFMF (RedFish) Events
     *   Reah is working on the events.  Code is partially finished.
        *   Event service
        *   PUT/PATCH/DELETE for subscribed events on the Swordfish Emulator
  3.  Scaling OFMF to production systems
     *   Parse the OFMF JSON
     *   RabbitMQ or Kafka
     *   JSON database or Graph database
        *   Provide a Graph of the physical system that can provide network routing decisions, based upon fabric capabilities, topological goals, and physical connections
        *   Decisions based upon QoS and best path for choices between points A and B
        *   Provide composability options
  4.  Agent has some bookkeeping to do when it talks to the Fabric Manager
  5.  CI/CD set-ups
     *   Mockups
     *   Testing mockups
