[Ofmfwg] Initial progress made into the Fabric Agent framework

I made some progress into getting a Fabric Agent framework over the last few days.  I don’t have anything in code, yet.  But, I am hoping to have something put together over the weekend.  I’ll send my work to you guys for ‘tweaking’ and modifications, as soon as, I get it worked out.  To start with, I am planning on writing the code in BASH and we can modify it to C, Python, Powershell, and C#, as you wish.
