  *   Flux NVMe-oF Use Case

  *   If you are uploading a fabric and everything is new, Sunfish server will fetch everything. If it is a resources updated, which impacts other existing resources, Sunfish server will not re-fetch the existing resources, which can lead to inconsistency in the object model. Need a new rule that whoever is updating the resource needs to explicitly send the updated events for all the impacted resources first. These updated events will trigger Sunfish server to re-fetch all the affected objects to ensure its copy is consistent.
