     *   Dynamically populating the Flux Resource list and handling (Available, Active, Drain)
     *   Distribution of Flux ‘tree’ of resources from Flux Broker 0 to the Compute Brokers
     *   How does Flux Broker 0 see the aggregated CDI resources?
