     *   Initial Resource configuration using /etc/flux/system/resource.conf

                                                              i.      Flux Composite Resources 'mirror' how we are handling the Sunfish Aggregated Resources

     *   Initiating Flux Resources as 'drained'
     *   Sunfish Events change Flux Resources to 'available'
     *   Flux resource allocation
  1.  Flux interface Event subscription to Sunfish
  2.  Flux interface to Sunfish
  3.  Python code 'stitching' for RESTFul Sunfish interface to RPC Flux interface

  *   Mike walk through the slides to explain how Sunfish and Flux use case will work. (Items 3 to 6 are covered in the slides.)
  *   Code should be completed soon and will be check into a new repository on the OpenFabrics GitHub.
