[Openib-windows] Compilation & installation of the driver

HI,
 
I just download and compiled the openib drivers for Windows.
I am using AMD64 server running Windows 2003 server with SP1.
 
Compilation was done without any errors.
 
Does any one have a sample INF file to install the newly created drivers
?
 
P.S
The FAQ on the Windows OpenIB doesn't seems to work.
