[Openib-windows] Compilation & installation of the driver

You can find the INFs in the source file. For example, in the location:
trunk\core\bus\kernel
 
Please note that not all cards are (currently) supported by the stack (cards
need to have memory on them).

I just download and compiled the openib drivers for Windows.
I am using AMD64 server running Windows 2003 server with SP1.
 
Compilation was done without any errors.
 
Does any one have a sample INF file to install the newly created drivers ?
 
P.S
The FAQ on the Windows OpenIB doesn't seems to work.
