Thanks for the link.  I think these would be very useful tools to have for the
Windows OpenIB stack.  Would we do copy-paste-modify into the Windows
repository, or do we want to #ifdef the differences between the platforms, and
keep these in the Linux repository?  I'm thinking copy-paste-modify as that's
easier, and avoids the politics of putting non-Linux code into the Linux
repository.  Are those tests in flux still, or are they pretty much done and
static?
