[Openib-windows] how to install windows openib drivers?

That helps... I was selecting the wrong "unknown Device" originally.   
(I had tried 3 out of 4... it was the 4th)
While the identification problem is solved, I am seeing some other 
issues.  I'll try to get the symptoms/behaviors better compiled before 
firing them off though.  thank you-
