This looks like a nice test to have.  A few nits about the code - the
curly braces aren't in the right place for the Windows code base, and
some of the output lines are too long.

Other than that, go ahead and apply this part of the patch.

I didn't see any code for this.  Is this in kernel or user-mode?  How
does the test work?
