I don't understand the purpose of the mt_time.h stuff in the MTHCA
driver.  The same kind of sillyness was in the VAPI driver and I
eradicated it.

The only place that you use any of the functions here is when polling
on the go_bit, for which you use microsecond resolution counters. 
What was wrong with just using the complib function cl_get_time_stamp?
 Why implement a new version?  Can we get rid of this?
