[ofw] membership agreement

I'll be sending out other materials related to the board meeting, but
one I wanted to send in advance is the new Membership Agreement. Please
review the attached so we can vote on it.

 

The Bylaws are still being reviewed and updated, but that won't stop us
from considering approval of the membership agreement
