[ofw] Will openib-windows svn repository migrate to OFA servers?

Since the openib-windows mail list has migrated to OFA servers, do we
anticipate the openib-windows svn repository migrating to OFA servers
anytime soon?

Any change of hosting the openib-windows svn repository under the http:
protocol in addition to the svn: protocol? Corporate IT folks have
opened firewalls for http, less willing to do so for svn protocol ports.
