[ofw] Cannot start SRP initiator

Hi,


I've installed WinIB from Mellanox's site
(https://docs.mellanox.com/dm/WinIB/MSI/WinIB_x64_1_3_0_2000.msi).
However, the SRP initiator fails to start. It says that "This device
cannot start. (Code 10)".


Why is that? Can I see logs anywhere?
