[ofw] cmtest.exe (cmtest_main.c) interface change request

Does anyone have a problem with fixing the long standing bug in
cmtest.exe w.r.t. how the local and remote endpoint LIDS are specified?

Currently cmtest assumes a network-byte-order LID for the local & remote
lid specifications (-l -r).

To be consistent, lids should be displayed/input in host-order per the
vstat command output.

The reason beyond correcting cmtest is to use cmtest_main.c as an IBSDK
Visual Studio build example; thus allowing a single src tree file to be
used as a test and build example.
