When unloading the OFED gen2 target while initiators are attached some Windows initiators lose IPoIB connectivity. In the event log I get: The system failed to flush data to the transaction log. Corruption may occur. Mellanox IPoIB Adapter #6: Network controller link is down. What could be causing this?
