WinOF 1.1 Summary Changes

1) WinOF 1.1 release based on openib-windows svn source revision 1059.
   WinOF 1.0.1 release based on svn 864.

2) Stability enhancements in :
   IB Core

   QLogic VNIC & SRP
   DAT/DAPL

3) New Functionality

   Host Channel Adapter device driver selection:

     Mellanox InfiniHost HCA products
 
     Mellanox ConnectX (MT25408) SDR Channel Adapter

   DAT/DAPL
	2.0 source is the same as OFED 1.3
	DAPL v2 Socket CM available for Windows to Linux Dat
