Ok, I just sent him the mail because he was listed as the maintainer in the maintainers text file in the docs directory of SVN.  It's good to know that there's really an opening to be filled for maintaining OpenSM.

I nominate Hal (can I do that?), though I'm sure his plate is full too. :)
