[ofw] Opened PR 1142

[Eleanor Witiak]

I opened a PR (1142) that involves a BSOD and it points to the IOU
driver as the driver at fault.  This is assigned this to Leonid who is
currently on vacation (and I am too!).  Anybody else want to take look
at this?
