[ofw] OFED 1.2.4.5 openSM fails to configure WinOF 1.1 nodes, OFED 1.0 openSM works fine?

OFED 1.2.4.5 IPoIB connected mode disabled, standard openSM install.
Linux nodes configured and communicate (IPoIB) with no problems.
WinOF nodes claim disconnected network cable which indicates SM has not
configured the node.

If one reboots the SM node with an OFED 1.0 release running openSM, all
Linux and WinOF nodes are configured and communicate all-to-all via ping
& IPoIB.

Suggestions?
