[ofw] OFED 1.2.4.5 openSM fails to configure WinOF 1.1 nodes, OFED 1.0 openSM works fine?

I think you need to explicitly enable ipoib as follows (assuming default
partition only):

In a file called /etc/osm-partitions.conf by default (--Pconfig (-P) to
change the default):

Default=0x7fff,ipoib:ALL=full;
