The structure looks good I think.  Does checksum offload also apply to RC QPs or only UD?  What about using 8 bits in the recv_opt field rather than adding a new field, would that make any more sense?  It would seem that this would minimize changes needed in existing HCA drivers that don't support checksum offload as the extra bits would be zero in the recv_opt field.
