[ofw] [PATCH] Adding missing 32 bit cdf files

Hi,
 
I noticed that some 32 bit cdf files aren't in the svn tree.
In some modules it's not needed - SRP, in other modules they do exist -
MLX4, IPoIB (for xp 32bit)
