Is ipoib32.cdf designed to replace place holders ipoib-xp32.cdf and
ipoib-xp32.inf?
If not, which I suspect is the case, please rename ipoib-xp32.* -->
ipoib32-xp.* for consistent naming.

BTW, if you rename please modify makebin.bat and let me know when this
occurs.

I noticed that some 32 bit cdf files aren't in the svn tree.
In some modules it's not needed - SRP, in other modules they do exist -
MLX4, IPoIB (for xp 32bit)
