To clarify, the ND calls are the only difference between version 1 and version
2?  And the ND calls have not been made available in any OFA release?

I'm fairly certain WV will not be ready by OFA release 1.1.  I'm targeting the
release after that.  If ND support is needed before then, we'll need to define a
new struct with ND calls, then a third struct for WV calls.  This sounds fine to
me.  Can someone make the changes to move the ND calls out of uvp_interface_t?
