[ofw] ConnectX driver code

Hi folks,
    I've added a branch \ConnectX, presenting the code of the new
driver, which supports Mellanox ConnectX HCAs.
The driver is in the developing phase yet, but with some work it can be
built, installed and run.
See more details in readme file in the root of the branch.
 
Any questions\comments are welcome.
