[ofw] ***SPAM*** error between Linux and Windows 2003

Plain and simple - Linux and Windows can not successfully communicate
over IB QPs unless you are using the DAPL socket CM provider.
The problem is differences in the CM wire protocols between Linux &
Windows; specifically format and handling of private data.

If your application were to exchange QP information over sockets and
both sides set identical QP attributes, and transitioned QP states
manually (all of what a CM does), then you can communicate Linux to
Windows over IB QPs. Not a recommended approach, highly prone to errors.

This problem is being addressed by Sean Hefty as he is migrating a
variant of Linux rdma_cm into the Windows IB stack.
The work is ongoing and not scheduled to be ready until Aug/Sept. time
frame.
