[ofw] error between Linux and Windows 2003

I guess that the question "Why aren't WinOf and OFED wire level
compatible?". is always a good one.
In this case, this are relatively small utilities that can probably be
changed without breaking anything.
So, is there any volunteer?

Is this really a huge change to make the implementations fully

The ib_send_* programs are not interoperable between windows and
Linux since they are using
a different wire protocol.
