[ofw] error between Linux and Windows 2003

I guess that the question "Why aren't WinOf and OFED wire level
compatible?". is always a good one.

In this case, this are relatively small utilities that can probably be
changed without breaking anything.

So, is there any volunteer?

Thanks
Tzachi

And this brings us back to, "Why aren't WinOF and OFED wire
level compatible?".

Is this really a huge change to make the implementations fully
compatible? What would this change break?

The ib_send_* programs are not interoperable between windows and
Linux since they are using
	a different wire protocol.

	Thanks
