Cameron,
Can you tell me what Windows OS you're running?
Thanks,
Eleanor

Subject: [ofw] guid2lid corrupted on server crash
I've found that my Windows box crashes when I shut down the SRP target
while it's active in Windows, a la "[ofw] SRP Target Disconnect still
hangs IPoIB
<http://lists.openfabrics.org/pipermail/ofw/2008-May/002603.html> ".
However, upon rebooting, I've also noticed that my opensm service won't
start, due to a corrupted guid2lid file in C:\Windows\Temp. The Event
Log shows this:
"The following information is part of the event: Error from
osm_opensm_init: IB_ERROR. See opensm log file for more details."
When I look at the guid2lid file, it has become binary, and if I just
delete it, the SM starts fine.
