[ofw] WinOF_1-1_x64.msi failure

Goodpeople,

Before recommending use of the WinOF_1-1_x64.msi installer to a customer, I tried it on a Windows Server 2003 test system. This system does not have an HCA installed. I just wanted to see if the installer worked.

Do I need an HCA for this installer to run?

The error message was: HCA Install failed - mthca.inf PCI\WEN_15B3&DEV_*
