RC3 was built on Svn.1638 + fab's GUID patches + Tzachi's mem leak and WhQL; due to breaks in review cycle.
Given the recent commits - svn.1648 is a more accurate representation, although changes were made to the GUID patch; RC3 is close but not exactly 1648.

RC4 - provided people communicate a bit more, will be in sync.
