[ofw] Opened PR 1168 (IPoIB Issue)

I was using one system with mthca and the other with ConnectX.  Since
this sounds like a duplicate of another problem, let me know the other
PR number and I'll mark PR 1168 as a duplicate of that.

What HW have you been using?

 

If this is hw that is using mthca than this is a known problem and will
be handled in xalex checkin.

	Using WinOF 2.0 RC0, I could successfully ping between 3 systems
(3 types of OS).  However, running netperf fails 75% of the time.  More
