What's different with RC1 ?

1) Driver signing really works, installs completely on Server 2008 & Vista, etc.
2) Partition manager (part_man.exe) is available.
3) Errant 'Found New Hardware' popups during installation are missing...  :-)
4) Errant 'Found New Hardware' popups during uninstall are gone.
5) Based on svn.1578

What's not:

1) ND (Network Direct) not working.
2) Disabling a connected HCAs (win2k8) can crash your system.
