Hi all,
First of all, we will make sure that all patches from MLNX_WinOF 2.1 are
inside WinOF 2.2
I suppose that is the case, so the debug information will be really
helpful in this case

Uninstalling ipoib along with disabling/enabling ipoib were recent
problems/hangs for ipoib_ndis6_cm.
If you have an opportunity, disable the IPv6 support in all IPoIB (Local
Area Connection) instances prior to uninstalling ipoib and see if that
helps; it worked as a temp workaround prior to the last set of
IPoIB_ndis6_cm patches which fixed the IPoIB disable/enable hang.
