INDAdapter maps lower than an underlying hardware device.  It maps to a specific
address of a hardware device.  A hardware device that has multiple IP addresses
mapped to it (including IPv4 and IPv6) can appear as multiple INDAdapters.  I
don't think this really effects how things map to WinVerbs, but it means that ND
listen and connector (connector?) objects are bound to a specific local address.
