[IBBUS] workaround for some problems with WHQL PnP test over IPoIB.

This is not a patch....when you send me information, you need to be more explicit such that it becomes useful information instead of Mx internal records which without any context are not so useful.
How does one reverse engineer a patch given an svn commit number?
Patch files are useful!
Please forward patches which you believe to me missing from 2.0.1 release, as Ishai claimed you would!

Why was this patch not mentioned in the email you sent which was purported to contain 'all' the patches required for WHQL certification?
None the less, send me the patch and I will re-publish a 2.0.2.
