Hello,
  I'm not finding any qlgcvnic_config tool documentation added to trunk\docs\manual.htm?
Additionally I could use some words for the WinOF 2.1 release notes.
I'm sure John R. will support you in this endeavor.

Please add a section to manual.htm under tools which explains the following to an unfamiliar user audience:
  ( a man page if you please)

 1) why would I want to use this tool?
 2) How would I use this tool and it's use ramifications.
 3) Common usage examples.

All,

Attached is patch of new user utility which I want to be moved under "tools" directory.

This patch is part of the solution for having a vendor defined device created by ibiou.

This tool sends device IOCTLs to IBIOU for listing the reachable IOCs and for creation of child PDOs.

Please send me your comments/suggestions on this so that we can move in asap.
