This patch contains information about qlgcvnic_config tool and it's usage.
It can be applied to "docs\manual.htm"
I think you can take out some words out of it for release notes.

Let me know any of your concerns/doubts if something is unclear.

All,

Attached is patch of new user utility which I want to be moved under "tools" directory.

This patch is part of the solution for having a vendor defined device created by ibiou.

This tool sends device IOCTLs to IBIOU for listing the reachable IOCs and for creation of child PDOs.

Please send me your comments/suggestions on this so that we can move in asap.
