Event Logger usually tells what it sees in the message.
Could you quote ?

No.
After installation you should see mlx4_hca and mlx4_bus under
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog\System.
Mlx4_bus should have:
	EventMessageFile
%SystemRoot%\System32\IoLogMsg.dll;%SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\mlx4_bu
s.sys
	TypesSupported 7

I don't quite understand that.
SRP driver is loaded by IBIOU.
IBIOU is loaded by IBBUS.
IBBUS is a filter driver for MLX4_HCA and won't be loaded without the
latter.
Could you try it with the checked version, having enabled all start_up
and PnP debug messages ?
