The first conference call to discuss the planning for technical content at the next User Day (April 18-19, 2013) was held on Dec 12.

After a brief discussion of possible topics, it became clear that opening the discussion to the broader community would be the best approach. To that end, we will be opening the planning meetings to anyone who has an interest, and we will be sending the minutes from these meetings to this User's list.

We will also be putting out a "call for papers" for this conference.
This will be an invitation for anyone in the community to come forward with information they have learned, processes they have implemented, experiences in the form of case studies, etc. that will broaden the community and its understanding of how Open Fabrics software is being used.

All proposals will be funneled through this mailing list for feedback and ideas.

The next conference call is schedule for January 9 - details will be sent to this list after the holidays.

Attached is a bulleted list of last year's topics and a list of possible topics for this year.
