[Users] Writing Application Programs for RDMA using OFA Software

Hello all,

 

The OFA is offering the OFA Training Course Writing Application Programs for
RDMA using OFA Software on December 11-12th 2012 at the University of New
Hampshire Interoperability Lab (UNH-IOL).

 

Overview:

.         This two-day course provides application developers with classroom
instruction and hands-on experience coding applications directly to the
Verbs API using the OpenFabrics Enterprise Distribution (OFEDT) and related
software tools.

Who should attend: 

 

.         Application developers skilled in C programming and familiar with
sockets but with little or no experience programming with OpenFabrics
Software

Reasons to attend:

.         Receive detailed classroom instruction in writing an application
to the verbs API

.         Receive hands-on experience writing, compiling and executing an
application program using the OFA stack and software tools

.         Access the OFA cluster at UNH-IOL which includes equipment from
all of the major InfiniBand and iWARP companies
