Hi,

Update: we've upgraded QLogic switches firmware to the latest version
and now the connection is established in a matter of a few seconds. So,
the problem is resolved!

upgrade fw & reboot switch:
iba_manage_switch -t [switch GUID] -f 
Intel_12000_V1_firmware.7.2.0.0.42.emfw -r fwUpdate
