[Users] connect Mellanox IB FDR adapter to QLogic IB QDR switch?

Actually, the issue has been resolved. The problem was with the older version of C7000 enclosure backplane. Aparently, no one from HP have told me that this switch is compatible with the latest backplane and not the one that we had. As a result, we had to change the enclosure and all started working like a charm ))
